Overview
The concept
A concept of aerostats tethered to ground vehicles that raise a vertical net curtain along a defined side of a site, covering heights fixed fences cannot reach. It is studied as a temporary reinforcement rather than permanent protection, and is subject to civil aviation permits.
Proposed purpose
To study a quickly deployable temporary option for temporary sites or reinforcement periods.
