Overview
The concept
Covering an entire refinery with a single net is neither practical nor economical. The concept therefore divides the site into zones by importance, selects a suitable solution for each zone's layout, and links all layers to a unified control room.
Proposed purpose
A planning framework that helps prioritise protection and implement it in phases.
